Other: The tulip poplar planted along the S High St recreational path last autumn is showing no signs of life this spring. All of the other tulip poplars in the area are now fully leafed out. This is the last tree in the row that includes the yellowwoods north of Wimbleton St. Would love for it to be replaced this year. Thanks.

These new trees along the Jackson Creek Trail project are under warranty from the contractor. This fall during tree planting season these trees will be replaced.
