Other: We have one fire hydrant on this street. People visit those who live in 520 Duncan drive often park on top of a side walk, halfway in the street, and very close to the hydrant. This happens almost every night. There are two no parking signs on the street. There is a gray car there now, in front of the fire hydrant. I expect to see one there Saturday morning and Sunday morning as well, as usual.
