Street Trees:
Other: Large Ash tree in tree plot needs lower limbs removed. Also the New Horizon Elm seems to have several dead upper branches. Since this tree is only 8 years old, I’m concerned it’s diseased or stressed. If you would take a look and let me know what you can do for it. Thank you!
