Other: The alley that runs alongside this building and behind it is littered with potholes and nearly impassable. This has been an issue for years, and the last time it was "fixed" someone came out and only took care of a few potholes. This was obviously not an adequate solution, as there are still insanely deep and wide potholes which pose a hazard to my car, and any that travel in this back alley.
