Email John and shared: I have confirmed that the glass has been on order since the first week of June for (2) broken windows however, the shipment has been
released due to a manufacturing delay. I am in close communication with both the contractor and glass vendor to make sure these are replaced expeditiously once received.
Parking facility agents are currently waiting for an elevator service repair technician to arrive to repair the Walnut Street garage elevator. Signage is up on the elevator denoting its outage.
The operations manager has been notified of your concerns in reference to the cleanliness of this garage and is taking appropriate steps to do additional cleanings.
