Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: Sidewalk at least half blocked by trimmed bushes. Only 24” wide and no way can a wheelchair get through not to mention two walkers side by side . Then around the corner the same property has allowed there evergreens the grow out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to get past.
