Other: Smithville is installing lines in my neighborhood. The road itself is narrow and for most of tosd, parking is allowed only on one side. The contractor ignores the no parking signs. They park large pieces of equipment illegally over night ehen they could park legally. They have also blocked us in by having equipment in the middle of the road with the other end closed. I understand that they need to have equipment where it is needed when they are working in the day, but not at night
