Other: Homeless camp behind the railing. There are signs that say, no dumping or you’ll be prosecuted. But, there are junkies living over there. They leave trash anywhere they want, they throw their needles on the ground, they broke into my neighbors house. They were on my property 2 days ago. 1 of them is obviously strung out, threatens people. Somethings going to have to change over here. This area hasn’t been this bad in about 5years or so. They’ve been made to move from wherever they were before, and they need to move again. It’s gross to see in your neighborhood and they’re being thug hoodlums.
