The new version of uReport, released in July resolved the problem with image uploads.
Other: If my file attachment is too large when I submit a ureport ticket through this very interface, it fails and silently hangs with a "processing your request" message. There should instead be an alert or banner letting me know that my file was too large and that I need to resubmit with a smaller file. The only way I learned that my request had failed was by looking in my browser console.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 807 days have already passed.
