Other: N Smith and Morningside remains dangerous with many not stopping on N Smith. Yes per Planning signs may be "visible" per the book but doesn't mean people expect and abide by them there - flashers or other item especially to protect bikers crossing at Greenway needed. Though State intersection, N. Smith and 10th also remains dangerous for turns during heavy traffic.

Smith-10th intersection is owned and operated by the Indiana Department of Transportation. Improvement options for Smith-Morningside will continue to be considered with further greenway projects. Beacons or other attempts to highlight the existing stop signs are not expected to improve operations at that intersection.
