Other: The city is digging in the drainage ditch on my property again. They do this from time to time without reason. No one contacts me EVER to say hey we are gonna mess up your yard. I pay someone to trim this area of my yard and after they dig they leave it uneven and hard for someone to take care of. Last time they left a CBU sign up for 4 months and then came back after I called to complain and removed the sign and spread grass seed and straw. It makes my property look like shit.
