Other: I received a call from a resident stating that there are encampments in the woods between AMC Theater and Moore's Pike. Not only is there trash and used needles scattered about, but this morning someone lit the site on fire. There is a smoldering mattress and plastics burning at the site. Burning plastics emit hazardous fumes,
