Other: The manhole covers on 7th are getting loose again and cause a lot of noise when cars drive over them. There is a lot more traffic on 7th traffic on 7th street and you can hear the noise 27/7. A crew came out in June and fixed the problem, but the problem is back. There needs to be some kind of rubber ring installed to abate the noise. The covers are also not seated correctly, making them rattle.
