Parks & Playgrounds:

Other: Homeless encampment at inner tree line of Bryan Park, near youngest kid playground area and restrooms. This should not be allowed. Leaves kids, families, and general public feel unsafe and unable to utilize the park to its full capacity l, as our taxes pay for. The general public is sympathetic to the transient population, but individuals should not be subjected to tents, clothes, needles, etc. being parked all the time in this park and all parks for that matter. There has been an uptick in homeless encampments across town.

Thanks for the concern - park hours are 5am-11pm and we work to enforce those through contracted security and evening park staff. We visited this site today but did not find anything - if you see something recurring, please let us know.
