uReport

City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #181062

Line of Sight:

Other: SE corner of 11th / Morton intersection has tall Tree-of-heavens growing in a clump. The clump hinders visual field for drivers going north on Morton who have stopped at the intersection and are planning to turn. Not clear if this is the responsibility of the City or the property owners. Note that Tree-of-heaven is a noxious invasive and should be removed (that is, dug up) wherever it is seen. It has spread all over town, but no one seems to notice or care. It is a terrible plant.
