Other: It is great to see that Public Works is currently installing ADA-compliant ramps between E 2nd Street and High Street. Is it also part of ADA compliance to complete the missing sidewalk to the west of 2000 E 2nd St?

According to Ordinance 12.04.010 the sidewalk is the homeowners responsibility. The owner would be held responsible for putting in a sidewalk across their driveway.
