Other: The RCA park shelter house has become a place for parties of hundreds of people with a lot of alcohol consumed by underage people. I thought alcohol was not allowed by private groups in city parks. They make a lot of noise, litter, and take all parking spaces. Why is the city abandoning the people’s parks? They are gearing up now.

Thank you for the report. We became aware of a part at RCA on Saturday night that did not have the appropriate special use/noise permits. BPD intervened in the evening. We will continue to use our security staff and partner with BPD to enforce park rules. The shelter at RCA is due for closure soon due to its deteriorating condition - we are working through details on its replacement in the future.
