Other: What IS GOING ON? I reported a water valve cover missing over 3 weeks ago on 1800 E Hillside Dr at the corner of 1500 S Dorchester Dr. You have an 8" hole in the road & right at school bus stop.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 18 days have already passed.
