Other: There’s an abandoned van in this parking lot. The van’s door is open.Vagrants are living in this van. An arm was hanging out of the door in the van today-I guess someone was passed out in there. There’s trash all around it. This is located in the Railroad Park neighborhood behind Switchyard Park. It is directly behind Eye of the Needle-this is the 3rd complaint I made to the Bloomington Police Department about this occurrence.

1726 advised that he spoke with the property owners, who stated that they had removed the homeless individuals that had been living inside the van. Further, they advised 1726 that they were selling the van, so it should be gone soon.
