Traffic Signals:
Other: Turn signal is triggered when no cars are present on Kirkwood. Occurring for over a year. Causes traffic that is headed east on Kirkwood and then north on Walnut to miss the chance for a green light at 6th and Walnut. Waste my time, gas, and kills our environment every single workday.
