Traffic Signals:
Other: signal at smith and walnut (just north of seminary square) used to operate in some sort of recall mode, but this week has not been. as a cyclist i dont seem to have any way to activate the signal. i'm typically eastbound here and stopping in the middle of the bike rectangle there doesnt seem to have any effect. i have been running the red, which is unideal. thanks!
