Other: The sidewalk on the west side of Fairview has been made hazardous by the property owner at 708 W 12th Street neglecting maintenance of their property for many years. The plants are growing into the public right-of-way, and the pine needle litter is so deep that when it is wet it is causing a slip hazard. It's been like this for at least three years and I am tired of neglectful property owners renting out their houses for income and not being good neighbors.
