Other: The railroad bridge on 11th Street and Fairview is disgusting. Looks like the ghetto on an inner city. I am pretty sure that is why I cannot rent my house out because they have been telling me exactly that. It looks like a shit area!!! A walk to the neighborhood park through that Ghetto Gateway is not desirable!!! Call the railroad and make them clean up their property!! Advocate for your residents!!!!!!!
