Other: Large pin oak tree has large horizontal limbs that are dead and overhangs a big traffic light and sidewalk. This poses a danger to the traffic light, to cars in the intersection, and to pedestrians on the sidewalk. Please remove these dead limbs as soon as possible. Thank you.
