Other: AT&T installed an orange fiber pipe in my front yard in 2021. They also left a hole in the ground covered in plywood with a cone on top that says not to touch due to electricity danger. I need to access this part of my yard for tree work. I called AT&T's fiber repair department who said they had no plans to finish the installation. Can you please help me figure out how to get this fixed or removed? I am at 2705 S Forrester St Bloomington IN 47401. Thank you.
