Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: 2 years weed overgrowth on city property blocks the view of my parents driveway at 918 west 2nd street Bloomington in He’s a disabled veteran with declining health. I do no wish him to be killed simply for pulling out onto second street due to weeds blocking the view of the road! We have complained before and it keeps happening! Please enforce!

A Notice of Violation was issued for the property owner asking for relocating or trimming and maintaining the plants to a height that does not obstruct the line of sight.
