Other: One of the people that lives on this street has 4 cars parked bumper to bumper - obviously not using any of the cars. These 4 cars (one car, two SUVs, and a truck) are taking up lots of street parking that could be utilized by other people around this street. Although street parking is free on South Washington, these 4 cars are owned by one person and are never moved. If they were utilized more often, I wouldn't have complaints. It is obvious that someone has said something to the owner of these cars because they were spread out on the street a few weeks ago and they are now parked bumper to bumper. I am not sure if anything can be done about this, but I feel that is it unfair to take up 4 parking spots when parking is limited in Bloomington. Picture is not uploading.
Parking has been working with the vehicles owner to get them off the street. The vehicles are ticketed, and will be towed if the owner does not start to comply.
