closed: Can't Fix #181495

Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: 2 dogs at 121 Roundtree Ct Ellettsville. Both dogs look like they haven't eaten in weeks. 1 dog is a black dog. She is so skinny you can see the rib bones and the 2nd dog is a husky. He is left in his crate all day. From the outside of the property you can smell cat urine. There are 2-3 cats in the basement urinating on everything. It is a terrible smell and horrible to see dogs and cats in such conditions. Homeowners/pet owners are Andrew and Christina Ward.
