Other: The BMCMPO received the following message/question from Mr. Sam Melchior (dsamuelm375@gmail.com) who asked the following: "Hi, I was wondering if there is any consideration of geo fencing the IU campus and downtown to control the dangerous use of e scooters. They are terribly dangerous and do not provide the safe eco friendly transportation advertised. Sam, a concerned citizen " We would ask that someone respond to Mr. Melchior regarding the geofencing of scooters within the City of Bloomington.
