Other: Bloomington resident Sam Melchior (dsamuelm375@gmail.com) contacted me through an email message the following concern: " I would still appreciate a further response as the scooter and ebike problem continues to worsen. I have added ebikes due to the increased use of them on the Bloomington Rail Trail and the increased size and speed of these vehicles.
