Other: I have contacted the city of Bloomington and Indiana University concerning electric scooters and bikes predominately used by IU students. The scooters especially are extremely dangerous as and a hazard to all other forms of transportation including pedestrians. There is also one specific e bike which is privately owned and used by a driver in all black clothing usually while riding in the Bloomington Rail Trail at least going 30 mph or more. To get rider has no regard for others and risks harm to many elderly, children and families who use the trail. This person should not be allowed on the trail. I have been to several other communities who have restricted use of these hazardous vehicles through the use of geo-fencing, security and other methods.
