Other: Previously reported in 181674 (the input form doesn't seem to recognize the address where this issue exists: 3822 E Brownridge Rd). For several weeks, there's been a car parked in the yard with the front end out in the street. A traffic cone has been placed in front of the car; eastbound traffic must swerve into the westbound lane to avoid the parked vehicle.
