Other: There is an extremely bright blinking light on top of the building that bothers my eyes when I try to sleep every night. I live in the apartment complex next door. They will not turn it off. I am losing sleep over this. If it is for "safety" reasons, at least keep the light on but without the blinking. There is another bright light on the building too that does not blink, so I don't understand why it is necessary for this one to blink. The blinking of it is what bothers my eyes. There is also a jumbo screen that is super bright that should be turned off when the rooftop closes, yet they keep that on all night too. The jumbo screen isn't the main issue though, it's the bright blinking light. Please please if you can make the blinking stop I would appreciate it.
