Other: A pine tree at the house on the northwest corner of the intersection at E Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn (likely 1005) is blocking the view of the stop sign as you approach from the east on Maxwell Lane. Drivers can't see the sign until only a a car-length or 2 away.
