Other: The owners of 209 Rockwood Crescent Court have had their pit bull escape the house on multiple occasions in the last few months and the dog had made threatening growls/posturing/charging towards the kids playing outside in the court. Most recently the dog on 10/10/2022 escaped and ran at a 4 year old neighbor and knocked him down and I had to intercept the boy and carry him to safety. At any point of the afternoon there can be between 1 and 8 young kids playing outside and this aggressive dog is an extreme hazard given his willingness to charge at children and due to the deadly nature of the pit bull breed. He is not suited to live in a family neighborhood. They are currently installing a fence but this dog has escaped from the front door and garage to charge and I don’t believe any level of remediation will make it safe for this dog to live in the neighborhood.
