Street Trees:

Other: Several new street trees were planted when the sidewalk on South Maxwell St. was added earlier this year (or maybe late last year). Some of them aren't looking in great shape anymore. I'm also confused because they were generally planted right under the power lines, which seems like it will be an issue at some point.

I will conduct a site visit and determine the health of said trees. Trees can be planted underneath power lines if they stay under a certain size, commonly redbuds, dogwoods and serviceberries all fit under power lines.
