This sidewalk panel was shown in images from 2013 lifting. This is not fiber install related. The sidewalk repair is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner.

Staff inspected the sidewalk and the street trees are heaving up the sidewalk with their roots. It wasn't caused by the fiber install. Is there a specific spot that might have been caused by the fiber install?
