Other: I understand State intersections but please work with State to provide better intersection support at N. Smith and 10th and N. Smith and 3rd. Both are confusing/dangerous at present as people whip around others out of line when impatient on left turners, since there is no left turn lane, etc. Vision gets obstructed and otherwise is a safety concern.
