On 10/24, our Serviceperson went out to 1515 E Matlock Rd, to inspect for possible leaks at the meter and the surrounding area that might have caused the sudden drop in pressure. There were no leaks found in the meter pit, nor on the customer's side. He also tested the pressure amount at 58psi (static pressure), which falls within our PSI spectrum. kct
