Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: Was walking my dog at approx 12:30 am 10/28/2022 and a stray dog with no collar was spotted roaming free. Black/white of unkown breed, medium size. Did not seem aggressive but my dog doesn't like other animals. After taking my dog inside went back to see if he had a collar and did not see one. Would not come close enough for me to pet, barked at me, but did not seem to aggressive otherwise. Might have just been someones dog gotten loose with no collar.
