Other: I see several issues not being taken care of due to technicalities. (Private property) Mostly related to the homeless population. I want to remind you of your responsibilitie to take care of these problems BEFORE they land on private citizens/retailers property. I also urge the city to stop taking monetary incentives from the state to house/rehabilitate people thoughout the state of Indiana when Bloomington very obviously doesn’t do a good job at helping these people! It is sad to see these people not getting the help they need and living on the streets.
