Other: Homeless junkies disrupting children and family time, profane shouting and making a nuisance for anyone trying to use the public restroom…. Lady in red jacket just nasty a rude, tired of bringing my kids here and listening to their shit, I see people literally avoid the bathroom with children. Can’t you remove them? I mean publicly screaming obscene things and just trying to literally camp out on city property where we cannot even have a picnic without hearing it?

Parks are public places available to everyone, provided they are abiding by laws and park rules.
