Other: Appears to be an abandoned vehicle parked at the end of East Canada Drive near the High Grove Apartments. Vehicle has not moved since Monday and it is obstructing sight lines and traffic. Who maintains this road way? We were told it was the city after they made Sare Rd office remove their no parking signs.
