Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):
Other: There has been a strong smell of raw sewage in this area for the past week. I could smell it from the bypass each morning. Just drove down towards Cascades (Sunday night 11/6) and it is really bad down there. Please fix the sewer issues in this area.
