Fire Hazards:

Other: I have seen this vehicle parked illegally in the entrance to the First Financial parking garage pretty much every single day (both mornings and evenings) for months now. In addition to being parked right in the entrance, they are always blocking the "Fire Alarm Panel" access which is of concern in the event of a fire. I do notice that the vehicle sometimes points east and sometimes west so it does seem to move but it is always right there in front of the fire alarm panel access.

I will have a no parking sign taped to the door, and set a couple of cones in the space. Since this is private property, I cannot issue tickets. I hope this helps. You might reach out to the property owner and ask them for help since they are letting people park there.

This appears to be within your department’s scope of service. Blocking an alarm panel is not necessarily a fire hazard but please look into this complaint.
