The water main was flushed to resolve this issue.
Jenny, This is iron from water distribution piping, normally caused by a disturbance such as construction in the area. A crew will flush out the water main you are connected to at approximately 12pm today. Later this afternoon please run your cold water for 5 minutes to flush out your internal plumbing.
