Water Utility Billing Problems:
Other: The last few months I have been notified that my water meter was running very high, possible leaks. I am usually 1,000 gallon water user but last month bill was over $140, and today (Nov. 10/2022) my bill is$364.97. My HOA and myself have spent around $8,000 and find no water leaks. Eventually, I got a new water line, with a lot of pain. I need compensation for those huge water bill, the water that I did not use. I called few times and suggested that the meter was malfunctioning, maybe? Any way, I am a senior and retired and won't be able to pay those bill in full. Please help. Thank you so m
