We have a lot of areas in parks that we designate as low-mow/low-maintenance/low-blow in which we leaves our leaves. We also have some spaces that we necessarily need to clean up. The margins of the B-Line have thus far been one of those places due to the propensity for leaves along the trail to end up on the trail and create hazards for pedestrians, cyclists, icing, etc. We'll certainly take another look at this and see if there are some areas we could convert to lower-maintenance.
