I called the owner to let him know we had received this complaint. We do not have a written, signed complaint so we cannot do any inspecting.

Hi Brent, this seems to be an inspection related issue. It appears the complaint is regarding 411 E Southern Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401. Passing this off to HAND -- let me know if you need anything further from ESD.
