Other: A person trimming trees at this location pulled down wires connected to utility pole 1408H - the disconnected wires are in the tops of the tree on the north side of where Wilson dead ends into a cut through and the other end is lying in the alley getting caught on cars on the south side of Wilson going towards the referenced utility pole - the person in question is remodeling a home on Henderson that back up to the alley

Thank you for reporting the pulled down wires that were connected to a utility pole. However, the water company cannot help with this. Please call Duke energy for assistance with utility poles and pulled down wires.
